Cameroon’s South II Customs Sector Collects CFA162.9 Billion in 2026

Customs revenue from the South II sector, which includes the deepwater Port of Kribi, has reached CFA162.9 billion since the start of 2026. The figure adds to a sharp increase in collections since Kribi began commercial operations in 2018 and comes alongside continued growth in container traffic. According to Port Authority of Kribi (PAK) data reviewed by Business in Cameroon , the 2026 revenue collected so far represents 48.6% of the CFA335.4 billion generated by the customs sector during all of 2025. South II customs revenue has risen substantially since the port began commercial operations in March 2018. Collections increased from CFA15.7 billion that year to CFA335.4 billion in 2025.…
