The French Development Agency (AFD) is identifying new urban resilience projects in Cameroon that could qualify for financing from the agency and the Green Climate Fund. The work is being carried out alongside a review of about €120 million (CFAF78.7 billion) in existing urban development and sports programs across five regional capitals. The financing prospects were discussed during an AFD mission to Cameroon from September 21 to 25, 2026. Truecaller has said any Nigerian can remove their phone number from its caller-identification service, following a Lagos High Court ruling that dismissed a privacy case brought by non-users of the platform. The company told TechCabal its unlisting tool allows people who do not use Truecaller to request removal of their number and associated caller identity from its active searchable database.…
