What is the NGX qualification date?
The qualification date is the cut-off used to determine which registered shareholders are entitled to a declared dividend. The payment date is when the issuer expects to distribute the cash, subject to the conditions stated in the corporate-action notice.
Dividend amount alone does not measure return. Compare the distribution with the share price, earnings, cash generation and the company’s distribution history. Open the company page from the table, or use the NGX market dashboard to compare current market data.
