Le projet routier national Design & Build LOT 4 se situe dans la région de la côte ouest (districts Foni Bondali, Foni Jarrol et Foni Kansala), totalisant 20,7 km. Il comprend Kalagi–Kamangka–Bondali Tenda (10,2 km), Sangajor–Darsilami (5,78 km) et Kanfenda–Tintinba (5,1 km).
