Naeem Holding for Investments SAE is an Egypt-based public shareholding company engaged in the provision of investment banking services within Egypt and abroad. The Company’s core business is structured into five main segments: the Securities Brokerage segment, which delivers services to investors in regional and international securities; the Investment Banking segment maintains relationships with corporate and investment communicates in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates; the Private Equity segment focuses on opportunities in the real estate, financial, petrochemicals, building materials and telecoms industries; the Asset Management segment offers conventional equity and money market solutions, and the Research segment offers independent coverage of industry sectors, economies and companies with a range of products. In August, 2013, the Company acquired 81.2% interest in Unifund Capital for Financial Investment Co.
