Sinai Cement Co. SAE is an Egypt-based company engaged in the manufacture and packing of different types of cement and cement-related products. The Company, through its cement production facility in north Sinai, produces clinker, cement and other related products. In addition, the Company also focuses on the production of cement packing bags. As of December 31, 2011, the Company produced 2,571,000 tons clinker and 3,165,000 tons cement. The Company has investment stakes in its subsidiaries, including Sinai Cement Services Company (99.96%) and Sinai Cement for International Trading (99%).
