The Company segment includes Produce, which is engaged in purchasing and selling of cocoa beans and shea nuts, and Haulage, which is engaged in transporting of cocoa beans. The Company’s subsidiaries include PBC Shea Limited and Golden Bean Hotel Limited. The PBS Shea limited is involved in the business of buying sheanuts, other and oil plants processing, marketing, and other related business. The PBS Shea limited has its factory at Buipe in the central Gonja District. The Golden Bean Hotel Limited is involved in the business of owning, operate and managing hotels, carry on the business of hoteliers and other activities related thereto. The Golden Bean Hotel Limited has approximately 51 Room hospitality facility, which is located at Nhyiaeso in the Kumasi Metropolis.
