Its Payments segment includes African Resonance, Dashpay, and LayUp. African Resonance and Dashpay are direct and indirect providers of payment software and infrastructure, technical support, maintenance, bespoke software, payment services and payment technology solutions. Dashpay is a Software Point-of-Sale (SoftPOS) solution built for bank acquirers and merchants as a platform-as-a-service (PSaaS) solution. LayUp is a digital lay-by and recurring payments business with solutions for e-commerce and in-store purchases. The Software segment comprises three businesses: Synthesis, which is a software and systems developer, offering consulting and software solutions; Dariel, which is an engineering-focused information technology (IT) architecture, and the Responsive Group, which designs and develops Web and mobile digital applications.
