Collins Property Group Ltd, formerly Tradehold Limited, is a South Africa-based investment holding company. The Company's segments include Property-South Africa, Property-Austria, Property-Namibia, Property-Rest of Africa, and Other. Its principal business consists of a 100% interest in the property-owning and over 90% in the serviced office business of the Moorgarth group of companies; approximately 74.3% interest in the property-owning Collins Property group of companies based in South Africa; approximately 100% interest in property-owning Nguni Property Fund group of companies based in Namibia; and approximately 100% property-owning Tradehold Africa group of companies based in Mauritius. It conducts treasury activity through its wholly owned finance company, Tradegro S.ar.l. The Company's subsidiaries include Collins Property Projects Proprietary Limited, Coltrade West (Pty) Ltd, Nguni Property Fund Limited, Tradegro S.a r.l., and Tradehold Africa Limited.
