Newpark REIT Limited is a South Africa-based real estate investment trust. The Company is investing in prime commercial, industrial, and retail properties in South Africa. Its segments include Mixed use (office, retail, and storage), Head office, Office, and Industrial. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Newpark Towers Proprietary Limited (Newpark Towers) and I.M.P. Properties Proprietary Limited (I.M.P), owns two prime commercial properties in Sandton, namely the JSE building and the adjacent 24 Central, an industrial property in Linbro Business Park and an industrial property in Crown City. It invests in A-grade, B-grade, and C-grade tenants. Its A-grade tenants include international and national tenants, listed tenants, government, and franchisees. Its B-grade tenants include national tenants, smaller listed tenants, franchisees, and medium to professional firms. Its C-grade tenants include other local tenants and sole proprietors.
