The Company owns approximately 238 properties including the share in a joint venture with a gross lettable area of 1,528,961 square meters. The Company’s property portfolio includes Residential Space, Retail Space, Offices Space, and Industrial Space. The Residential Space portfolio includes The Fields, Leo’s Place, and Vuselela Place. The Fields property consists of approximately 766 apartments with 383 apartments converted into furnished accommodation to meet National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) demand. The Retail Space includes Woodmead Value Mart, Waverley Plaza, and The Park. The Offices Space includes HealthConnect, Nzunza House, and Chambers on Mutual. The Industrial Space includes Sildale Park, The Tannery, and more.
