Business Description
Carbacid Investments plc is an investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company are processing of carbon dioxide gas and investments. The Company invests in carbon dioxide gas production, processing and marketing through its main operating subsidiary, Carbacid (CO2) Limited. The Company operates through two segments: Trading and Investments. The Company has two mines, each with full processing and control facilities, a fleet of long-haul trucks with cryogenic tankers and many CO2 storage tanks located at customer premises. It owns a fleet of pressurized rigid and semi-trailer tankers, which distribute CO2 all over the East Africa and Central Africa region. Carbacid (CO2) Limited is engaged in mining, processing and marketing of natural carbon dioxide gas. The Company’s other subsidiaries include Goodison Twenty Nine Limited and Goodison Forty Seven Limited, which are investment companies.
