Business Description

Aradel Holdings Plc is a Nigeria-based fully integrated indigenous energy company with interests in multiple oil and gas assets and other investments, spanning oil and gas, power, and renewables. The Company is engaged in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas. It operates through four segments: Crude Oil, Gas, Refinery Product, and Investment Properties. The Company operates through its four subsidiaries: Aradel Energy Limited, Aradel Gas Limited, Aradel Refineries Limited, and Aradel Investments Limited. Aradel Energy Limited is an operator of Ogbele and Omerelu marginal fields (onshore) as well as OPL 227 (shallow water). Aradel Gas Limited operates a 100 mmscf/d gas processing facility and supplies gas to offtakers on the back of long-term purchase agreements. Aradel Refineries Limited operates an 11 kbbl/d refinery at the Ogbele field and supplies refined products. Aradel Investments Limited holds the Company's non-oil and gas investments.
