Business Description
The Chapel Hill Denham Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (the Fund) is a Nigeria-based closed-ended fund. The Fund is an infrastructure debt fund. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide investors regular and stable income by making primarily debt investments in infrastructure projects located in Nigeria. The Fund may also invest, directly or indirectly, in the working capital loans, subordinated debt, preferred shares or warrants of such borrowers and related assets. The Fund is structured to enable investor’s access to the infrastructure asset class while providing benefits of predictable returns available from long-dated infrastructure debt investments. The investment focus of the Fund is on the traditional infrastructure sectors, primarily transport, power, renewable energy, utilities, energy infrastructure, logistics, and other public-private-partnership type investments. The Fund is managed by Chapel Hill Denham Management Limited.
