Business Description
ValuAlliance Value Fund (The Fund) is a Nigeria-based closed-end Unit Trust Scheme. The Fund operates with a total return objective. The principal activity of the Fund is to achieve long-term capital growth by investing in listed and unlisted Nigerian equities which the Fund Manager has identified as being undervalued and offering above average growth potential and any other securities as approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission from time to time. The Fund may also invest in fixed income securities. The ValuAlliance Asset Management LTD. is a fund manager.
