Innodis Ltd is a Mauritius-based company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries comprise production of poultry and dairy products, animal feed manufacturing, distribution and marketing of food, and grocery products. The Company also has a rice milling operation. The Company has three segments, namely Production Agro Business, Distribution and Others, and Production Others. The Production Agro Business segment includes poultry farming, distribution of chicken, and the manufacture and distribution of animal feeds. The Distribution and Others segment includes food and non-food, and grocery products. The Production Others segment includes ice cream, yogurt and rice, and other frozen food items. Its fully vertically integrated business comprises breeding operations, a hatchery, broiler farms, processing, and further processing plants. It produces chicken under the brands Prodigal and Carmen. Its own local brands include Prodigal, DairyVale, and DairyMaid.
