Business Description
Nascon Allied Industries Plc is a Nigeria-based company that is engaged in the processing of raw salt into refined, edible, and graded salt. The Company's products include salt, seasoning and spices. Its salt products include table salt, pure dried and vacuum (PDV) salt, tannery salt, butter salt, edible industrial salt, and non-edible industrial salt. The Company's seasoning products include Dangote Seasoning and Dan Q Seasoning. Its spice products include Dangote Stew Mix Powder and Dangote Curry Powder. Its flagship product is the Dangote table salt (Dangote Salt), which is a finely refined product for home/domestic use. Dangote Salt is also suitable for domestic baking and is available in retail packs of approximately 250 grams (g), 500 g, and one-kilogram (KG) sachets. The Company's PDV salt product is an extra dry salt with a larger particle size used in the seasoning industry for the production of condiments and seasoning cubes and is available in 50 kg industrial bags.
