The Company is engaged in the provision of agricultural inputs (fertilizer, chemicals, and packaging), farming, end-to-end logistics solutions, commodity marketing platforms, and industrial real estate. The Company's segments include Logistics Operations, Agriculture Operations and Real Estate Operations. The Logistics Operations segment offers end to end logistics services, which include general and specialized warehousing and storage facilities, inland terminal and port services, transport, vehicle rental, distribution, customs clearing and freight forwarding. The Agriculture Operations segment is involved in the auctioning, packaging, production and retailing of agricultural commodities, as well as tobacco-related services and farming operations. The Real estate segment is involved in the rental and development of industrial properties to both third parties and Company.
